We are now offering the TrailPro RCS series cab systems for the new 2010 Polaris Ranger. This new system is lightweight and versatile, making it the perfect complement to this very popular utility vehicle. With its Easy on-Easy off system, the new TrailPro RCS cabs have the ability to transform these vehicles from fun, adventure seeking trail riding to an all inclusive outdoor, true “utility” vehicle.
Each cab is made from an advanced body panel technology using Thermoformed TPO material, NOT ABS plastic or fiberglass to offer superior low temperature impact resistance as well as high heat deflection for true dimension stability with great style.

The new TrailPro RCS cab also offers a specially treated, hard-coated polycarbonate windshield that is stronger than glass. These windshields are extremely impact resistant so they will withstand any debris encountered, resist scratching from wipers, and keep you protected from the elements. RCS components are also lightweight so complete cab removal when the weather does change is only 60 seconds away!

Introducing an innovative cab system that easily mounts to the factory installed Operator Protection System (OPS) manufactured from 40 oz. heavy-duty, high quality vinyl for improved cold weather performance. Using an extremely lightweight design, the cab system is easy to install and offers unique functionality in varying weather conditions.

The roof is thermoformed TPO, the same material used in car bumpers, to resist breaking and cracking. The polycarbonate windshield has a Quantum hard coat to protect it from scratching.

Black vinyl doors use heavy gauge clear windows giving the operator 360 degree visibility. Doors have lift off pin hinges for easy removal and installation and the upper door windows unzip and can fold down for ventilation. The rear vinyl window unzips and can be rolled up for ventilation and easy access to the cargo bed, or it can be easily removed. The windshield can be vented along just the bottom edge or be fully opened for maximum airflow.

The new soft-sided cab comes as a complete package including roof, doors, rear window, and windshield. Optional accessories include windshield wiper, work lights, roof-mounted strobe light, heater, and snow plow.
