New Product Introduction Process

Our design engineers are trained in the latest versions of 3D CAD software, and in most cases, will be able to work in your native file format. The design can also be ROPS, FOPS tested and certified to several industry standards including ISO, SAE, and OSHA. To achieve this level of performance, we follow a well-defined NPI process, which involves a company cross-functional team that includes project, design, manufacturing, and quality engineers, conducted in compliance with a quality management system focused on:

Sports and Leisure Vehicles
Using the latest lightweight construction techniques, our cabs are designed either for staff and maintenance vehicles in large sports or municipal facilities or for residential applications.
Agriculture Vehicles
While developing the individual design, we keep in mind that cabs for agricultural vehicles need to be robust, weatherproof and provide user safety. Our cabs meet the highest standards of comfort and safety for workers, and they comply with OSHA requirements and the principles of ergonomics. They have excellent visibility all around.
Secondary Aftermarket
Through subject matter expertise, internal management experience, and a range of dealer channel direct partnerships, Curtis Industries LLC offers cabs for special applications. Even though each application has unique requirements, our cabs have some critical things in common: best selection of materials, best workmanship, and best quality.
We work with different materials (steel, aluminum, glass, polyethylene, polycarbonate, acrylic and vinyl) and specific manufacturing and joining methods (welding (robotic, MIG, TIG, laser) or adhesives) to obtain the highest objectives.

The designs are developed as 3D models, which allows us to integrate all the necessary features and requirements. We use the latest FEA analysis to verify optimized structures and visually attractive designs that complement the vehicle lines.
